Tuesday

I’ve been recovering form a busy weekend and have not worked out this week so far as I should. I’m curveless right now, but starting tomorrow I’m going every day for the rest of the week.

For the first time ever in my life, I tried on a bathing suit and was not completely disgusted. I still have at least 40 pounds to lose, but I’m really happy with my progress so far. Losing 70 pounds has not been an easy task!

I’ve found that eating more often really helps me to lose. I think it’s more because if I eat smaller things more frequently I’m less likely to eat a ton in one sitting. Right now I’m really hungry but I’m so tired/lazy that I don’t feel like getting up to make dinner. The only problem with preparing a menu in advance is that if I just feel like having grilled cheese instead of the elaborate meal I had planned, it screws things up. Not that I plan elaborate meals!

Tuesdays mark the start of a new week as far as my points allowance on WW goes. So, I forget all the bad eating over the weekend and my baked cheetos binge last night and start over.

There’s something wonderful about a fresh start.

I also want to thank all the people who said such nice things about me in their diaries! You are all still in my thoughts quite often and I don’t anticipate that stopping anytime soon!!

Time to get to work on that to-do list!
